01 Health & Safety Policy

We continually assess the health and safety of our work environment by reviewing our company's health and safety system.

To achieve this, we will:

Systematically identify and control all hazards and risks in the workplace. Where there are significant hazards, we will take all reasonable steps to eliminate or minimise these by following the appropriate Hierarchy of Control to prevent any injury, illness or damage.
Inform all our employees of emergency and evacuation procedures, including emergency response procedures.

02 Health & Safety Objectives

To ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Parklands Turf Ltd will develop and maintain a Health and Safety Management system. Specifically:

Set health and safety objectives and performance criteria;
Annually review health and safety objectives and performance;
Actively encourage the accurate and timely reporting and recording of all incidents and injuries;
Identify all existing and new hazards and take all practical steps to eliminate and/or minimise the exposure to any hazards deemed to be significant;
Ensure that all employees are made aware to the hazards in their work area and are adequately trained to enable then to perform their duties in a safe manner;
Encourage employee consultation and participation in all matters relating to health and safety;
Promote a system of continuous improvement, including the annual review of policies and procedures;
